We are seeking a Housing Improvement Apprentice to help support landlords and tenants, ensuring their homes meet safety and health standards.
Responsibilities
* Assess customer queries regarding housing needs and safety concerns.
* Conduct property visits to assess compliance with housing regulations.
* Provide advice to tenants and landlords to support compliance with housing standards.
* Learn about the varied elements of the work and gain an industry recognised qualification as part of the apprenticeship.
