Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Prestatyn, North Wales
Employment type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,912.00 per annum
Shift times: rota basis, 8 am – 5:30 pm Monday‑Friday
Responsibilities
* Schedule appointments within HCA facilities.
* Handle information requests over telephone and by e‑mail, providing details of facilities.
* Provide rapid response when answering calls, working towards set SLAs and individual KPIs.
* Disseminate information about hospitals, their services and departments, utilising relevant hospital USPs.
* Administer all enquiries within agreed service levels ensuring all systems are accurately updated during the process.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within a customer service environment.
* Ability to build excellent rapport with customers, patients and consultants, building strong relationships quickly; listening and communication skills to inspire confidence.
* Demonstrate empathy, patience and diplomacy to reassure customers, overcome challenges and deliver high standards of customer service.
* Knowledge of healthcare or clinical experience desirable but not essential.
* Computer literate.
