You'll carry out timely, proportionate assessments and tailored interventions that safeguard children and promote positive outcomes. You'll also support the development of NQSWs, students, and less experienced colleagues through supervision, mentoring, and reflective practice. Key responsibilities: Lead complex child protection and safeguarding cases with confidence and care Use professional judgement to complete high-quality assessments Support families through challenging and changing circumstances Supervise, mentor and support NQSWs and students Promote best practice through knowledge-sharing and peer learning Maintain clear, accurate records using Liquid Logic The tools to support you: You came into social work to make a difference - not to be buried in admin.
