Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Cramlington.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Contribute towards the success of the store by: maintaining the highest standard of customer service; achieving targets; maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising; maximizing sales through physical and digital channels; supporting recruitment and development of volunteers; achieving expectations within campaign activities; working with the manager to generate stock.
* Work in a fast-paced environment; stores trade 7 days a week; ability to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
* Note: It can be physically demanding due to volume of donations and collections, but rewarding as you help fund life-saving research.
