What Will You Be Doing?
As the dealership’s Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include:
15. Providing an excellent level of customer service, face to face, via email and telephone
16. Liaising with both the sales and service departments to assist them in achieving their objectives.
17. Diary management
18. Assisting with directing incoming calls to the correct colleague/department.
19. Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and identifying upselling opportunities
20. Site administration including data entry and maintaining site records accurately and in line with company policy.
Who Are We Looking for?
The ideal candidate will:
21. Possess strong Administration skills and display excellent attention to detail.
22. Have previous Customer Service experience and be customer focused
23. Demonstrate great computer skills.
24. Be process driven and have a positive, right first time attitude.
25. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
26. Be methodical and organised in their approach to their workload with an ability to multi task.
27. Have a great team player mentality.
Previous experience working in the Motor Trade would be advantageous for this role.
