Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager working within a set territory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales and account management process.
Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by promoting the Orbea brand with our business partners and potential partners.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Prospect and qualify new leads, actively seeking out potential customers and partners.
* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the market.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Orbea and promote our products.
Personal Requirements
* Previous experience in sales and account management, in the cycling industry is a minimum requirement.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented individual, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of the UK bicycle market.
* Availability to travel for client visits and industry events.
* Someone that works with integrity is high on their agenda.
* Computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving license.
