PLEASE EMAIL - matthew.leaning@boss-energy.co Responsibilities Gather system requirements (e.g. functionality, performance, safety standards) Develop test requirements Design and build test rigs Develop test environments and test cases for mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems Analyze test results, detect issues and report conclusions Suggest fixes and improvements Record and present test data to product design team Document test results, technical issues and solutions Run quality controls on components and final products Inspect pipes and materials Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO) Requirements Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, where priorities shift and you may be hands-on building, troubleshooting and improving rigs daily. Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role Graduate engineer with analytical skills as well as design input to rigs Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience Ability to work from schematics / drawings Comfortable in workshop environments Analytical mindset Eye for design and speed to build rigs to get results/data Great troubleshooting skills Familiarity with various testing techniques Knowledge of quality standards and regulations Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS) would be of benefit
