What you’ll be doingSetting up and running flexo presses to agreed specs and targetsMounting plates, selecting anilox, mixing inks, matching coloursKeeping print runs consistent – registration, repeat length, colour matchUsing finishing kit like slitters, die cutters and rewindersTroubleshooting and problem solving to keep downtime lowWorking closely with your team to drive improvements (SMED/5S)Keeping everything safe, tidy and compliant
What we’re looking forProven Flexo Printer with packaging, labels or similar backgroundAble to work confidently on your own but happy in a team tooGood eye for detail and a natural problem solverIT literate – comfortable using in-house systems and software
