Responsibilities
* Lead the toddler room, overseeing daily routines and EYFS delivery
* Plan and implement age‑appropriate, play‑based activities
* Supervise and support staff within the room, acting as key point of contact
* Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and development records
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed
* Engage with parents to provide updates on children's progress
Qualifications & Requirements
* This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* You must have previous experience leading or supervising a toddler room.
* Applicants must be confident managing a team and maintaining EYFS standards.
* Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Previous experience managing or deputising in a toddler room.
* Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
