**Role Overview:**
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver high-quality, stage-gate driven projects, demonstrating financial control and ensuring responsible use of Capital funds aligned with strategic goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality projects flawlessly
- Maintain a 100% safety record
- Adhere to CAPEX budgets
- Manage project scope and financial forecasting
- Prepare project presentations for MD review
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Engage with Procurement and Legal support functions
- Follow Weetabix EEM process for all projects
**Requirements:**
- Recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Safety qualifications (SMSTS, FAAW, IOSH)
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering applications
- Project Management Qualification (Prince 2, APM, etc.)
**Nice to Have:**
- Experience in Engineering, Food, or FMCG sectors
