Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of all activity. Follow structured scripts while adding your personal communication style. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs. Support marketing campaigns and provide feedback to sales/marketing teams. Ensure GDPR and data-handling compliance. Skills & Experience Required Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation. Confident and professional telephone manner. Strong questioning, listening, and objection-handling skills.
