What you'll do
* Prepare agendas and documents for weekly meetings; drive action items to completion, including updating the Project Execution Plan.
* Ensure health and safety measures are in place; monitor onsite progress daily; ensure compliance with construction agreements.
* Assist disciplines in implementing project specifications and updating the strategic project program.
* Establish project structure and goals.
* Issue meeting agendas to stakeholders 2 days in advance.
* Translate job requirements into field execution with minimal supervision.
* Prioritize internal stakeholder input and meet scheduled timelines.
* Assist the Commercial team with monthly financial updates and forecasts.
* Facilitate page-turn reviews; record comments and action items.
* Support project commissioning activities and operational client handovers.
* Promote a lessons-learned culture throughout the project.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to deliver role-related training to enhance project management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; a flexible, common-sense approach.
* PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
