We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a well‑established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract
The Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;
* Basic carpentry
* Basic plumbing
* Wet Trades
What’s on offer:
* £21.40 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly
* 42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday
* Temp to perm opportunity
* Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided
* Fully stocked van

Requirements:
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting etc.)
* Full UK driving licence
* Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
