What skills and experience we're looking for An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Learning Trust for an exceptional Apprentice ICT Technician to work alongside an experienced and highly motivated team of core technical support staff. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems across the Trust, provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT systems, and provide reactive IT support as required, including telephone support, remote support, site visits and assistance with hardware quotations. Technical training will take place, both in the workplace, and online during dedicated training days. You will also receive continual coaching, help, and guidance from a dedicated team who will be there to ensure you get the most from your work experience.
