Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you’ll create a great working environment, influence all team members, and deliver a Wingstop experience that delights customers.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months of management experience, preferably from a QSR or similar background.
* Customer‑ and team‑focused, excited by delivering a unique FLAVOUR experience.
* A strong, commercially aware leader to drive performance and inspire the team.
* Proactive coach who recognizes succession and develops crew to be the best they can.
* A passion for our amazing food, bringing flavours to life and inspiring the team.
* Experience managing operational best practice.
* Experience proactively managing maintenance and keeping to restaurant standards.
