Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll report to the Customer Service & Warranty Manager and play a key role in providing exceptional aftercare services. You’ll be the face of our company on site, diagnosing faults, installing cutting-edge solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charge points, while also completing product warranty work and aftersales remedial works. Throughout these tasks, you'll deliver outstanding customer care and support.
What you’ll do:
• Travel to customer sites to provide expert electrical services
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
• Install and maintain solar PV inverters, battery storage and EV charge points
• Test, sign off and report on findings with action plans
• Work collaboratively with the office teams to organize replacements and solutions
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications: BS7671 18th Edition
Experience: Knowledge of solar PV systems and installations
Skills: Full UK driving license, strong organizational skills, customer first mindset
Attitude: Approachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
