Key Responsibilities Design, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lessons aligned with the British Curriculum Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of all students Effectively assess, monitor, and report on student progress Maintain constructive and professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Contribute actively to curriculum development and enrichment initiatives Engage in school meetings, continuous professional development (CPD), and extracurricular activities Consistently adhere to school policies and safeguarding protocols Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a closely related discipline. Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (such as PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent credential). A minimum of 2 to 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the British Curriculum framework. Native proficiency in the English language. Exemplary classroom management capabilities. A genuine passion for teaching and a steadfast commitment to the academic and personal development of students. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
