Yokogawa UK Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Advisor to support the continual improvement of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental processes across our diverse portfolio of projects. In this key role, you will support project teams to ensure full compliance with Yokogawa and Client requirements, whilst driving excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will also act as a mentor to colleagues, identifying opportunities for process improvement and embedding best practice across the business. Key Responsibilities Drive QHSE improvement initiatives across projects, aligned with Yokogawa and Client policies. Support meetings and site visits across the UK from a QHSE perspective. Work with teams to ensure compliance with CDM 2015 (Principal Contractor & Principal Designer). Assist in reporting incidents, including near misses and accidents. Contribute to Project Risk Registers and Aspects & Impacts Registers. Identify and implement process improvements through coaching and mentorship. Report on business process performance, escalations, and incident trends. Build and maintain proactive QHSE relationships with customers and suppliers. Undertake audits and supplier assurance activities. Support environmental initiatives, including carbon reporting. Skills & Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams. Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. High level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite). Experience of CDM 2015 Regulations (advantageous). Flexibility will be required to meet customer and business needs. Location: Whilst this position is based from our offices in Runcorn, you will be required to travel to other Yokogawa offices and client sites in the UK. Hybrid working pattern available based on three office and two working from home days.
