Account Coordinator
£28,000 – £32,000
Monday-Friday
We’re working with a well-established and growing business in the Nottingham area. Due to internal movement, they’re looking to add an Account Manager to their team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone with a background in account management, internal sales, or sales administration within a product-led environment.
The Role
1. Manage a portfolio of approx. 20–30 client accounts (including a handful of key accounts)
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
3. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, orders, and ongoing projects
4. Process customer orders from brief through to production
5. Prepare and issue quotations
6. Ensure all job information is accurate and passed through to production teams
7. Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
8. Work with internal systems and Excel to manage orders and client data
9. Interpret technical drawings/specifications
The Candidate
10. Previous experience in account management, internal sales, or sales support
11. Strong relationship-building and communication skills
12. Technical understanding
13. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
15. Good IT skills including Excel
16. A proactive and team-focused approach
