The Role – SEN Teacher You will be joining a new specialist provision opening in South East London, designed to support pupils aged 11–16 with a range of needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Autism, and other complex learning difficulties. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to a small class of students (typically 6–8), supported by experienced teaching assistants. Your teaching will need to be flexible, creative, and therapeutic in approach to meet each student’s individual learning and behavioural needs. You will work closely with colleagues and external professionals to deliver a nurturing and aspirational education.
