An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic Community Nurse to join our team based at Holywell Community Hospital. The role will involve clinic work and community visits. This post will be for months to cover maternity leave.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organization of their clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
