Salary: up to £42,000 depending on experience

Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organisational, and strategic support to senior leadership. This role plays a key part in ensuring the Executive's time, priorities, and communications are expertly managed, enabling focus on key business objectives.
Main Responsibilities to Include:
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
Prioritise appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings
Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action points
Communication & Correspondence
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Manage executive inboxes, screen communications, and draft responses
Prepare correspondence, documentation, and reports to a high professional standard
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Create detailed itineraries and handle last-minute changes
Process travel expenses and maintain accurate records
4. Administrative & Office Management
Maintain effective filing systems and office processes
Support planning of events, workshops, and executive meetings
Organise and manage key business documents with proper version control
Process invoices and expense claims
5. Project & Business Support
Support project planning, tracking, and coordination
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials
Assist with the creation of presentations and business papers
Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure deadlines are met
6. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build strong working relationships across the organisation
Communicate professionally on behalf of the Executive
Liaise with clients, partners, and board-level stakeholders when required

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience supporting senior executives
Project coordination skills
Minute-taking and report-writing experience
Experience in board-level administration
International travel experience
Experience supporting Directors, C-suite, or senior leaders
GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent (Degree desirable but not essential)
Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not mandatory
