Disputes Solicitor – High-Volume Litigation (Supervisory)

Location: Kent (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Contract: Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start


Accuflex is working with a well-established legal services provider to recruit a solicitor for a 6-month temp-to-perm position within a high-performing consumer credit disputes team.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident litigator with supervisory experience, a strong sense of integrity, and an interest in meaningful, high-volume dispute resolution.


The Role

You will oversee a caseload of over 200 litigation matters and provide day-to-day supervision to a team of up to three paralegals. The work relates to consumer credit claims and involves debt recovery.

The majority of claims are undefended (progressed via default judgment), with around 30% defended through to trial or resolved via ADR (alternative dispute resolution). The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering strategic oversight, legal excellence, and operational support.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a busy litigation caseload from pre-action to final hearing
2. Supervise junior team members and provide legal oversight
3. Draft pleadings, assess liability, and contribute to resolution strategy
