Responsibilities
* Technical Project Manager dealing with permanent modular buildings in the healthcare sector across the United Kingdom.
* Conducting site surveys of potential installation sites and understanding unique site requirements.
* Liaising with authorities regarding the connection and accessibility of services.
* Creating plans regarding delivery and installation of modular healthcare buildings.
* Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest levels, to standards and client specifications.
* Working on 10-15 projects a year.
* Working on projects from £0.5-£10 million.
Qualifications
* Must have experience within the modular building sector.
* Ideally have had project management experience working within modular buildings and/or delivery and installation.
* Drivers Licence.
* Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time.
