Job Overview
* Full‑time, Monday – Friday, Business Studies ECT role.
* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities available).
* Teach a broad curriculum including enterprise, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
* Receive structured support through a comprehensive ECT induction programme.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback to support development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning.

What we're looking for
* Business Studies graduate with QTS (or working towards QTS).
* A genuine passion for business and education.
* Strong subject knowledge in finance, marketing, and enterprise.
* A reflective and motivated individual eager to develop their teaching practice.
* Good classroom management skills or willingness to develop these.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
