About you
* Warm, patient and genuinely committed to helping young people
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn no specialist experience required
* Experience supporting children or young people with Autism or SEN is highly valued
* Able to work calmly, thoughtfully and as part of a team
* Keen to encourage confidence, independence and self-belief
* GCSEs in English and Maths
