Job Title: Head Football Coach
Location: The role ideally suits a coach located in Scunthorpe. However this is not a must and all locations will be taken carefully into consideration.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Head Football Coach in the Lincolnshire and South/East Yorkshire area, providing the chance to lead and inspire young athletes across various locations on their footballing journey.
Fuel Offering: As we have a number of venues situated across multiple venues there is a generous fuel allowance package offered on top of the full time wage for this role

The full-time schedule is divided into coaching and administrative hours. Coaching hours are fulfilled by leading five evening development courses per week (see full schedule below), while administrative hours can be completed remotely from home after induction training is completed.
Admin :
Daily - 12:30pm - 4:30pm (Work from home) * The admin times are a rough estimate and subject to change upon agreement with Management.
Coaching :
Monday - Don Valley Academy, Doncaster - 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday - Ormiston Maritime Academy, Grimsby - 5:00pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday - The St Lawrence Academy, Scunthorpe - 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Thursday - TBC
Friday - East Riding Leisure Haltemprice, Hull - 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engaging coaching sessions for primary school-aged children at different locations (weekly evening sessions listed below. During the school holidays there will be coaching hours at one of our holiday clubs)
* Develop and implement structured football training programs, integrating skill-building exercises, drills, and match simulations.
* Organize and oversee 12-week development courses and multi-sport camps aimed at nurturing talent and fostering a deep passion for sports.
* Manage administrative duties related to coaching programs, including scheduling, registrations, and maintaining effective communication with parents/guardians.
Requirements:
* Valid FA coaching qualification.
* Experience in coaching primary school-aged children is advantageous.
* Must possess or be willing to work towards FA First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.
* Essential possession of a valid driving license.
* DBS checked or willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
* Commitment to player development and a genuine passion for football.
