Role Overview
The successful candidate will deliver a diverse and engaging PE curriculum with a focus around the science behind sport - particularly in areas such as Anatomy, Physiology and Biology.
In this role, you'll be teaching across a range of exciting qualifications with a key focus on supporting learners in their understanding of the human body & performance. You'll be delivering NCFE Level 2 Sport, BTEC Level 3 Sport Coaching, BTEC Level 3 Sport and Exercise Science.
Person Specification
The school is looking for a experienced PE teacher who:
* Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for physical education and student wellbeing
* Has the ability to plan and deliver a wide range of sports activities confidently
* Can engage and motivate students of all abilities
* Works effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
