Location: SEN School in ColchesterStart Date: April 2026 - Permanent roleHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, Permanent Salary: M2-UPS3 (dependent on experience) + SEN allowance
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS2 pupils with autism and complex needsCreate a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that supports pupils' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural developmentWork collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure consistent and holistic provision
The Ideal Candidate Will:
