Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Preschool Age)
4 day week, 7.30am-6pm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the preschool room to ensure the implementation of our curriculum, routines and values.
* Ensure safeguarding is maintained at all times.
* Keyperson role.
* Support the care and education of children within our child‑led, home‑from‑home setting.
* Support the observation and assessment of children to plan opportunities that help them achieve their next steps.
* Be a play partner and provide learning opportunities through play, exploration and discovery.
