Chelston Hall Surgery are looking for a Practice Nurse for 26.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Key duties will include:
* You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
* Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Job responsibilities

* Annualsalary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
* Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
* Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
