Job Purpose
This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and collection of vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and brand integrity, while providing excellent customer service.
Customer Service
* Provide world-class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming experience during rental and return, aimed at maximizing customer loyalty.
* Achieve or exceed location targets for Customer Satisfaction & NPS scores.
* Maintain less than 5% customer complaints.
* Meet delivery and collection SLAs.
Driving
* Deliver and collect vehicles according to SLAs, ensuring safety for customers and colleagues.
* Obey the Highway Code and be BVRLA compliant.
Quality Control
* Regularly check vehicle maintenance standards per Hertz SOP to ensure vehicles are rentable.
* Achieve vehicle cleanliness audits and successful service & quality assessments.
Audit & Compliance
* Follow SOPs for all delivery and collection processes, including GDPR compliance.
* Document damages upon vehicle return to limit revenue loss.
* Achieve 100% in internal audits and damage detection targets.
Cleaning
* Clean and inspect vehicles to ensure they leave in pristine condition, enhancing customer experience and asset value.
* Meet vehicle cleanliness audit targets and gather peer and customer feedback.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
* Previous customer service experience desirable.
* Good computer literacy and communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude, inspiring others, and adaptable to change.
* Understand revenue generation and incorporate feedback for improvement.
* Seek continuous learning and question the status quo.
* Act with integrity always.
