Technologist / Technician / Technical Architect (Revit)
I am working with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint an experienced Technologist, Technician or Technical Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an urgent hire due to a strong pipeline of secured work.
This role will suit someone who is confident in a technical, delivery-focused position and is happy taking ownership of drawing packages and project coordination across later RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
* Working across RIBA Stages 3–5
* Coordinating with consultants and the wider project team
* Supporting project delivery to ensure deadlines are met
* Working predominantly in Revit
Requirements:
* Strong experience using Revit in practice
* Proven background in technical delivery and detailing
* Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-focused role
* Able to work with minimal supervision
