Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Key Stage 1 teacher ready to embrace a leadership role. As KS1 Phase Leader, you will oversee the teaching and learning across Years 1 and 2, ensuring consistency, excellence, and high standards across the phase. In addition to your own teaching responsibilities, you will guide and support colleagues, contribute to school improvement planning, and help shape the strategic direction of our school.
