This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience selling engineering services, who thrives in a consultative, client-facing role and enjoys working across multiple departments to deliver tailored solutions.
The role:
Building strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
Attend industry events, networking events, trade shows etc. to promote business and gain leads
Collaborating with internal teams including Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure seamless service delivery
Managing enquiries and quotations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and commercial viability
Conducting market analysis to identify growth areas and target accounts.
Supporting forecasting and strategic planning through client insights and data reporting
Experience/skills:
Proven experience in selling technical or engineering services
Strong commercial awareness and ability to price services competitively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and credible approach
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with quality systems and project-based environments
Engineering qualification preferred but not essential
Happy to travel to meet with prospective clients
