Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be key in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line. You will grow sales within your designated region by working with existing distributors and installers, while also developing relationships with new partners.
Responsibilities
1. Drive network growth among key decision makers and specifiers, including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
2. Plan and execute proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
3. Manage and record opportunities accurately and efficiently using the company CRM system.
4. Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and industry functions.
5. Collaborate with colleagues within Etex and liaise with other departments such as customer service, technical, and marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Experience in the construction industry in a field-based role.
2. Proven track record of growing personal sales accounts and contributing to team success.
3. Efficient and profitable account management skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
