Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
1. Education/ Qualifications
2. Degree qualification or proven ability of working to a degree level with relevant experience in the NHS/Social Services
3. Evidence of formal/informal management training e.g. disciplinary/grievance, recruitment and retention, managing absence, finance and budget management
Desirable criteria
4. Experience
5. Experience of discharge planning within the acute setting
6. Previous experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
Skills, Abilities and Attributes
