The Role As part of a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT), youll play a key role in business-winning activities and contract management. From drafting and negotiating contracts to supporting bids and proposals, youll help secure and deliver complex, high-value programmes.
What Youll Do Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of complex contracts and agreements (NDAs, software licensing, MoUs, etc.) Provide commercial support across bids, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and change management Manage commercial risk, ensuring compliance with processes and approvals Represent the Commercial function in customer and supplier meetings Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value across projects What Were Looking For Proven track record in Commercial Management and/or Business Winning within Aerospace & Defence Strong contract negotiation and administration skills in fast-paced, complex environments Experience working with medium-to-high value contracts Ability to work collaboratively within IPTs and manage priorities effectively This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to critical programmes while shaping the future of Aerospace, Defence, and Security.
