As Service administrator you will be responsible for the assisting with the accurate planning and booking of Field Service Engineers and the required order administration in order to support the planners Key Responsibilities: • Call handling – taking incoming calls from internal & external customers, dealing with them yourself and/or directing them accordingly to the relevant team. • Check Daily Pick List for Unconfirmed orders • Check Service SOP Board for overdue orders • Check Dashboard – Service Overview throughout the day • Unassigned Service emails, reply or allocate to relevant areas • New Sales Orders – Raise jobs, email customers • Weekly tasks to include monitoring dashboards for any Outstanding Works and/or Preventative Maintenance Visits to be scheduled • Monthly tasks to include monitoring Sales Order Processing reports and Preventative Maintenance Visits updated for each area • Support all service area teams with any requirements they have especially when others are on annual leave We are inviting applications from individuals who have experience in coordinating, administration and ideally someone who has worked in an e...
