The Role
As a Junior Mechanical Development Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of new and existing products, helping to expand the companys offering and respond to evolving customer and regulatory requirements.
Working from detailed project specifications, you will:
1. Develop concepts and produce design solutions for new and modified equipment
2. Create detailed engineering drawings for manufacture (in-house and subcontract)
3. Support the build, assembly and testing of prototypes
4. Carry out calculations, simulations and physical testing to validate designs
