In this role, the successful candidate will contribute technical expertise to a diverse portfolio of projects, including highways, drainage, flood alleviation, and general civil infrastructure schemes. Working collaboratively within a skilled team, they will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate project delivery for a range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality technical design work across various infrastructure projects. Utilise software such as MicroDrainage, PDS, Site 3D (or similar - excluding CIVILCAD), and AutoCAD with confidence. Support the ongoing development of technical standards and project efficiency. Represent the company at project and public meetings, requiring strong preparation and professional presentation skills. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contributing to repeat business and new opportunities. Candidate Profile: Holds a relevant engineering degree or possesses equivalent experience. Ideally professionally qualified, with a minimum of five years in a comparable role. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills within a small, collaborative team environment.
