The Role Supporting experienced fee earners and solicitors on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Preparing legal documentation, correspondence and contract packs. Ordering and reviewing property searches. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are progressed efficiently. Providing day-to-day support across the full conveyancing process. Gaining exposure to all aspects of residential property transactions rather than being confined to a single area of the department. You Have at least 1 year's experience within residential conveyancing. May currently be working as a Conveyancing Secretary, Legal Assistant or Post Completions Assistant and are looking for greater responsibility. Possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Are confident communicating with clients and third parties. Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Want to develop your technical knowledge and become a well-rounded conveyancing professional.
