A U.S. law firm with a long-standing presence in London is seeking a Construction Litigation Partner to join its thriving disputes practice.
The London office serves as a strategic hub for the firm’s European operations, supporting cross-border transactions and disputes across sectors including technology, finance, real estate, insurance, construction and more. With nearly four decades of activity in the UK, the team collaborates closely with colleagues across North America and Asia on matters involving finance, trade, intellectual property, and technology.
The firm’s London-based advocacy group handles high-stakes litigation and arbitration, including international disputes, regulatory investigations, anti-corruption compliance, and data breach response.
The office also provides advisory services in areas such as EU and UK regulatory affairs, employment law, cybersecurity, data privacy, global mobility, employee benefits, and construction.
Role Overview
The firm is now looking to expand its construction litigation capabilities in London. This strategic hire will support growing demand across Europe and the Middle East, where the firm is seeing increased activity in infrastructure and development-related disputes.
The Construction & Design group is known for its involvement in complex, high-value projects globally. Lawyers in this team combine deep sector knowledge with hands‑on project experience, offering proactive legal solutions across the full lifecycle of construction and design matters. The group is regularly engaged in resolving multi‑party disputes efficiently and effectively, leveraging the firm’s international footprint across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Candidate Profile
* Senior construction litigation partner with a strong track record in domestic and cross-border disputes Currently based at an international or specialist construction law firm in London Experience advising clients in the infrastructure, development, or engineering sectors Interest in expanding work into the Middle East market Collegiate mindset and appetite for collaboration across offices and practice groups
