We’re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team of a well-established international organisation. This is a high-impact role leading production, logistics and supply chain operations across multiple UK sites, with real scope to shape strategy, drive improvement and influence long‑term business performance. The Role As part of the UK leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the operations and logistics strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of 3–5 year roadmaps, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll lead multiple operational functions, including high-grade seed production, contract production, quality labs and supply chain, ensuring they deliver an efficient, high-quality service to both internal and external customers. You’ll also champion safety across all sites, drive excellence in S&OP, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve forecasting, availability and customer service.
