Salary Grade D Points 6 to 8, £25,989 to £26,824.
The Vale Academy is looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system. You’ll work as part of a team of two people and will often be working unsupervised on your own initiative.
Shift schedule: 37 hours per week, rotating weekly pattern of either mornings or afternoons. Mornings: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 am – 2:30 pm Friday. Afternoons: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday‑Thursday, 11:30 am – 7:00 pm Friday. Occasional later evenings for events and parent evenings may allow a later start time. During school holidays, typical hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
