Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Leader, Chancellors seeks a Client Services Advisor based in Bracknell. You will be a point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, booking appointments, providing information, and cross-selling additional services.
Duties
* Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities LRG can offer
* Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers
* Process customers' online applications and convert to appointments/leads for local branches
* Assist in the sales process by promoting products/services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
* Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers

* The ability to educate customers on a range of LRG services
* Grade C at GCSE English or equivalent
* Highly motivated and career-oriented
