Front of House / HelpDesk Coordinator
Production Studio
9-month temporary FTC
Rate - £160-£170 per day
Start ASAP
Location: Surrey - Must have access to a car
Monday to Friday onsite
7:30am–4pm
Car park available
We’re working with a production company to find a Studio Helpdesk / Receptionist to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, production crew, internal teams and vendors — making sure everyone has a smooth, professional experience on site.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing front of house and handling enquiries (in person, phone and email)
* Issuing and tracking ID cards and vehicle passes
* Managing access control systems and working closely with Security
* Logging maintenance and operational requests via the helpdesk system
* Receiving deliveries and overseeing post room activity
* Supporting VIP visits and busy production periods
* Keeping the reception area organised and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* Front of House or customer service experience (studio or media experience a bonus)
* Confident using systems and managing access protocols
* Highly organised with strong admin skills
* Proactive, professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
