Remedy ITSM Consultant - Ipswich or Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35My Client, a leading UK telecommunications organisation is currently looking for an experienced Remedy ITSM Consultant to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.This role will play a key part in supporting, enhancing, and optimising a legacy BMC Remedy environment, while also enabling the migration of ITIL teams onto the platform and strengthening internal capability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM platform in a complex enterprise environmentAssist with the onboarding and migration of ITIL teams and processes into RemedyManage and optimise CMDB data loads and foundation dataConfigure and maintain integrations (e.g., E-bonding, TSO)Oversee server group configurations and platform performanceExecute and monitor Atrium Integrator jobsCarry out customisation using Developer StudioTroubleshoot issues through log analysis and root cause investigationEnsure platform readiness for BCDR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) testingProduce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with BMC Remedy ITSM (Administration & Support)Proven experience working in legacy ITSM environmentsSolid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworksExperience with:CMDB management and data loadsAtrium IntegratorRemedy Developer StudioKnowledge of integrations (e.g., E-bonding or similar)Strong troubleshooting and log analysis capabilityExperience working with server group architectureExposure to BCDR planning/testingDesirablePrevious experience in telecommunications or large enterprise environmentsExperience in upskilling or mentoring internal teamsExposure to other ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) alongside RemedySecurity Clearance - RequirementsCandidates must hold active SC (Security Check) clearance, or be eligible and willing to undergo the SC clearance processApply NowIf you're a seasoned Remedy specialist with experience supporting complex, enterprise ITSM environments, we'd love to hear from you.
