Overview
As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. Your shift pattern will be 11pm–7am, 2 days a week and will vary between Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
* Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel rooms upon arrival.
* Answer telephone enquiries and handle customer complaints to ensure guests enjoy their stay.
* Keep the front of house safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
