We are looking for an experienced office administrator for our face paced office.
Experience within the double glazing/glass industry preferred but not essential
Job roles will include -
* Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
* Serving customers at reception
* Inputting glass orders
* Processing glass orders
* General admin including filing
* Contact with the factory floor and managers
Personal Specification Required
* Ability to pay attention to detail
* Accurate processing including numbers
* Resilience
* Works well pressure
* Good telephone manner
Working hours will be 8 A.M to 4 P.M - Monday to Friday with 1 hours unpaid lunch taken at your discretion
All bank holidays paid, 11 days paid during Christmas period and 17 days holiday to take at your own convenience

Pay: £12.25-£13.00 per hour
